The host was really friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to a main street and many attractions. we enjoyed having access to a full kitchen which allowed us to save money on meals.
We experienced some difficulties with the heater in our room, which led to high humidity levels. we found it difficult to dry our clothes after washing them.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Naples. First of all, the location was unbeatable. It was near to Toledo street, close to all the other attractions and everything I wanted to see in the city. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. The owner, Davide, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. He was always available and incredibly helpful. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I required. The air conditioning was a blessing in the hot summer weather.
No complaints, everything was great!

Had a wonderful Christmas stay! the apartment had a great location, just a short walk from a main shopping street and lots of bars and restaurants. the 24-hour reception was very convenient, and the host was very helpful with any requests we had. the apartment was cozy and modern, with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. the fresh towels and free coffee were a nice touch.
There was no shampoo provided, which was a bit inconvenient. We had to make a trip to the store to buy our own.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore all the attractions in the area. It is close to Toledo street, which is known for its shopping and dining options. Additionally, the hotel staff provided excellent service and were attentive to all our needs. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the AC, were in good working condition. Moreover, the breakfast provided was satisfactory, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
Although everything was great, it would have been even better if there were more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness.
